Responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide tailored advisory services.

  • Make initial contact with potential clients and conduct follow-up calls
  • Arrange meetings to present investment opportunities
  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities including ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis
  • Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals
  • Track and monitor client portfolios
  • Document all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on Georgian real estate laws and market trends

المؤهلات

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferable in real estate) or investment advisory
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Russian or other languages an advantage)
