Supply Chain Supervisor - Inventory Planning & Material Management (onsite role)

The Supervisor, Supply Chain is responsible for leading inventory planning, material management, and MRP execution to ensure uninterrupted support of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and overall manufacturing operations. This role oversees material forecasting, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to maintain optimal raw material availability while meeting Quality, Regulatory, Financial, and Global Trade compliance expectations.

- Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities
- Determine appropriate inventory levels and generate system requisitions
- Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Labs, Manufacturing, and Transportation
- Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Prepare monthly inventory analyses
- Provide guidance and oversight to Inventory Planners
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Subject matter expert in SAP
