La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor is a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in Doha. We are seeking a Lobby Ambassador fluent in Chinese and English to greet guests and provide personalized assistance.
المسؤوليات
- Greet and welcome guests professionally in Chinese and English
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out guidance and hotel info
- Provide personalized guest assistance
- Act as a cultural liaison for Chinese-speaking guests
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Guest Relations teams
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Promote hotel services and local attractions
- Support VIP arrivals and special events
المؤهلات
- Fluent in Chinese & English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
