Commercial Lead – Sales & Business Development

CodeMiner is a technology company focused on AI, 3D simulation, and digital twin technologies. We are looking for a Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth, standardize sales processes, and build a sustainable commercial structure from the ground up as we move into serial production.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments
- Own full sales cycle: contact, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Standardize pricing, proposals, and contract structures
- Define market positioning and value proposition
- Prepare commercial foundation for future sales teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to take ownership in a startup environment
