Manager Network Baggage Operations

About the Company: Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. Yours is the responsible for the development and execution of baggage service standards, mishandled baggage reduction strategies, and training programs to ensure a seamless guest experience. You'll optimise processes across our network, collaborate with stations worldwide, and leverage data analytics to predict and prevent disruptions before they happen. A key accountability is to drive performance improvement using KPIs such as mishandled baggage rates, resolution times, and station-level MHB Scores.

- Develop and execute baggage service standards and mishandled baggage reduction strategies
- Manage training programs for a seamless guest experience
- Optimise processes across the network
- Collaborate with stations worldwide
- Leverage data analytics to predict and prevent disruptions
- Drive performance improvement using KPIs (MHB rates, resolution times)
- Lead and govern network-wide mishandled baggage strategy and training
المؤهلات
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 8 years in airport baggage services or ground operations
- At least 3 years managing large HUB baggage operations
- Proven experience managing WorldTracer systems
- Proven experience in baggage handling operations at hub or major international stations
