Project Execution Manager

Responsible for leading and overseeing the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards, specifically within the Central Region market.
المسؤوليات
- Lead execution of multiple large-scale projects (min SAR 30 million)
- Develop project execution plans and schedules
- Monitor project costs and control budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Liaise with regulatory authorities in Riyadh
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects
- PMP certification is required
