Business Manager Customer Services Middle East - located in Saudi Arabia (m/f/d)

At Husky Technologies, you will work with territory Sales and regional CSM teams to build account strategies focusing on growing CSM's overall share of wallet. Your role involves driving achievement of CSM financial objectives and supporting customers with specialized knowledge of aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, audits, and maintenance contracts. This role covers the Middle East region and requires regular interaction with customers.
المسؤوليات
- Create CSM sales strategies and targets for the region
- Build relationships with Husky sales team and key customers
- Provide support to sales as Subject Matter Expert in CSM products
- Drive sales volume and growth rate of CSM products
- Provide feedback on current products and new opportunities
- Frequent travel within dedicated region (approx. 70%)
المؤهلات
- Technical education or similar experience
- Some years of working experience in similar position/industry
- Knowledge of injection molding concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to independently set and achieve targets
