People & Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient People & Development Coordinator to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah. You will support various HR initiatives, with a focus on employee development and engagement.

المسؤوليات

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of employee training programs
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting onboarding
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS system
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data
  • Coordinate company events and team-building activities
  • Assist in the administration of performance management processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
