Are you a strong leader with a sharp eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency? We are looking for an Assistant Chief Steward who will support the Chief Steward in managing stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and support to all kitchen and food & beverage outlets. المسؤوليات
- Assisting the Chief Steward in overseeing daily stewarding operations
- Ensuring proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment
- Monitoring hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Managing stewarding manpower and duty rosters
- Coordinating with Culinary and F&B teams
- Conducting regular inspections of back-of-house areas
- Monitoring inventory of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Supporting training and development of the stewarding team
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as an Assistant Chief Steward or Senior Steward, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Experience in managing teams
- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Good command of English; Arabic language is an advantage
