We are seeking a skilled System Administration Officer to support and maintain the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance while providing first-line technical support across business systems.
المسؤوليات
- Provide first-line technical support for company systems (HR systems, SAP)
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain servers and applications
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability
- Manage system backups, data storage, and recovery processes
- Support database administration activities
- Prepare assigned IT reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system administration
