Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (Remote from Saudi Arabia)

You will manage a portfolio of mid-market schools and districts, ensuring they effectively adopt and integrate innovative educational technology into their daily operations. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, supporting onboarding and professional development, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Monitor account health and design intervention programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to inform product improvements
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in customer success or account management in Mid-Market segment
- Familiarity with EdTech products or education systems
