Technical Infrastructure Lead – Banking (Immediate Joiner)

Design, deliver, and manage enterprise infrastructure within a regulated banking environment. Lead infrastructure architecture, High-Level Design (HLD), platform delivery, and operational resilience. Architect IBM Cloud Pak platforms. Lead capacity planning and performance optimization. Lead deployment of compute, virtualization, storage, and networking platforms. Manage virtualization environments (VMware). Provide oversight for enterprise databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server). Implement monitoring frameworks using Dynatrace and SolarWinds. Ensure compliance with banking regulations (ISO 27001, PCI DSS). Mentor infrastructure team.
