People & Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient People & Development Coordinator to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR initiatives, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of employee training and development programs
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
- Generate HR reports and analyze data
- Coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Assist in performance management processes
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
