Recruitment Officer

Job Summary: We are a growing startup seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across multiple functions. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating closely with internal and regional stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and basic analytics.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Arabic fluency required; English proficiency is an advantage
- 4–5 years of work experience in a corporate recruitment or talent acquisition setting
