We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman – Villas with mandatory Dubai experience to oversee daily site operations on villa projects. Role requires hands-on supervision and manpower control.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise all civil works for villa projects
- Manage site manpower and subcontractors
- Ensure work execution complies with drawings and specs
- Track material consumption
- Enforce safety procedures
المؤهلات
- 4–5 years UAE experience as a Civil Foreman strictly on villa projects
- Dubai experience is mandatory
