We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager Turkey to lead the operations of our new commercial office in Turkey and drive the strategic expansion across the Turkish market.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity
- Lead business growth across different distribution channels
- Manage the local P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Oversee importation, 3PL functionality and last mile delivery processes
المؤهلات
- 8–10+ years in commercial leadership roles in the sportswear or fashion wholesale industry
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge and connection within the wholesale market
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Knowledge of Turkish and English
