We are seeking an International Back Office Advisor to support SME Enterprise Customers in Vodafone Spain. This role focuses on handling customer queries via email, ensuring accurate and timely resolution through systems and applications.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the first point of contact for Enterprise executives and business owners in Spain
- Support order fulfilment and service activations/deactivations via email
- Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives for account activation services
- Validate enterprise account management requests
- Follow business policies and processes accurately
- Provide clear, concise, and relevant information to Enterprise teams
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained
- Assist in monitoring KPIs and reporting on quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate data logging and use correct email etiquette
المؤهلات
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
- Previous experience in corporate teams and provisioning systems
- Background in contact centre or customer service environment
- Strong written communication and fast typing skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work shifts, including night hours
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
