We are hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international, fast-growing support team delivering high-quality customer experiences for global brands. This role offers flexibility (remote or on-site) and exposure to multicultural environments where communication, ownership, and service excellence matter.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social channels
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document interactions accurately using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
المؤهلات
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in one of the following: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, or Icelandic
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
