Procurement Logistics Manager

Establish and lead the end-to-end supply chain function for a new chemical manufacturing base in Yanbu. Build procurement and logistics operations from the ground up, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and fully compliant flow of materials.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute the project's comprehensive procurement and logistics strategy
- Establish all related policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead sourcing for major equipment and bulk raw materials
- Plan and oversee ocean freight, customs clearance, and inland transportation
- Design on-site warehousing and material management system
- Ensure activities adhere to Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
- Primary liaison with local authorities (Yanbu Royal Commission, ports, customs)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in procurement and logistics
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Mandatory experience in heavy industry sector (petrochemicals, chemicals, energy) in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
