Sales Progression Officer role managing property transfers, conveyancing, and Ejari workflows through an automated platform on Palm Jumeirah.
المسؤوليات
- End-to-end transaction coordination for property transfers
- Prepare and review Form F, SPA, MOU, and Title Deeds
- Manage DLD Trustee appointments
- Coordinate mortgage requirements and handovers
- Support Golden Visa and Ejari processes
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years UAE Real Estate experience
- Knowledge of DLD transfer process and mortgage coordination
