Nowlun, the first digital freight forwarder in the MENA region, is redefining logistics by providing instant, transparent, and competitive ocean freight rates via integrated solutions with all major shipping lines. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into paying customers
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Nowlun's value proposition
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a MUST
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
