We are seeking a Affiliate Financial Advisor to join our Western Region Fuels Department. The primary role is to lead the management, development, execution, and performance optimization of high-value downstream joint ventures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in profitability improvement, cost optimization, and value realization with a strong record of working with joint venture partnerships in the energy industry.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and monitor assigned Joint Ventures
- Represent Aramco in JV Board and Shareholder forums
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Oversee JV financial performance and budget alignment
- Conduct commercial and financial benchmarking
- Identify and assess JV growth opportunities
- Facilitate transaction execution and due diligence
- Draft and negotiate commercial terms of Shareholder Agreements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Mentor junior professionals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
- Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
- Financial certification (CFA/CMA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
