Emiratizations Manager

We are seeking an Emiratization Manager to drive the recruitment, development, and retention of Emirati talent within our hospitality operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with UAE Emiratization targets while fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
المسؤوليات
- Design and execute Emiratization strategies
- Collaborate with government entities like Nafis to source talent
- Develop tailored onboarding and training programs
- Monitor Emiratizations quotas and provide reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Emiratization or HR roles
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
