Technical Program Manager, Threat Detection (Remote)

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Threat Detection Engineering team will be at the intersection of cybersecurity and program management, leading the execution of complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis or program management skills, with experience in data analysis, project management, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as Google SecOps and Agentic AI.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex projects within the Threat Detection Engineering domain
- Collaborate with security engineers, software developers, and IT operations to define project requirements
- Leverage technologies like Splunk, Cribl, Exabeam, and Google SecOps
- Lead integration of Agentic AI solutions
- Develop and implement automations using Python or low-code platforms like Tines
- Champion Infrastructure as Code practices
- Manage project risks and ambiguities
- Communicate project progress to partners at all levels
المؤهلات
- 8+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field
- 3+ years leading large-scale Detection Engineering Programs
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts
- Technical background in cybersecurity technologies (threat intelligence, detection, response)
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP, Splunk) are highly desirable
