About the location: AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas. The Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the operation by ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain quality standards, optimize costs, and support seamless day-to-day operations.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily purchasing activities and ensure timely processing of purchase requests
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best value, quality, and service
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and brand standards
- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, and operational teams to anticipate needs and manage stock levels
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for accuracy
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting and audit requirements
- Support and guide the purchasing team to ensure efficiency and consistency
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within hospitality or a large-scale operation
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in purchasing systems and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
