The Junior Executive Assistant provides administrative support to senior executives, assisting with scheduling, communications, and documentation. This is an ideal role for an early-career professional to develop executive-level organizational skills in a remote environment.
المسؤوليات
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling
- Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage emails, calls, and basic communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and invoice processing
- Support meeting logistics, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups
المؤهلات
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
