Product Manager – E-Commerce Retail

Senior Product Manager – E-Commerce Retail to lead the evolution of our omnichannel retail ecosystem. Connecting digital storefronts, physical retail operations, customer support systems, and social engagement platforms.
المسؤوليات
- Define and drive the roadmap for Click & Collect (BOPIS) and loyalty programs
- Lead optimization of digital storefront using Alokai (Vue Storefront)
- Own integrations between e-commerce platform and Freshdesk
- Ensure coordination between Magento, Vinculum OMS, and store operations
- Implement Online Reputation Management (ORM) workflows
- Leverage GA4 for data-driven product improvements
المؤهلات
- 8–10 Years of experience in Consumer Electronics / Retail / Fashion Retail
- Experience creating a single view of the customer across commerce and social platforms
