Manager, Product Delivery

Product Delivery leads the delivery of all critical & strategic projects for our customers. This role ensures end-to-end delivery of business initiatives for the markets in Istanbul.
المسؤوليات
- Ensures end-to-end delivery of business initiatives
- Takes ownership of solution delivery after sales
- Assesses and documents customer needs
- Defines and documents customer implementation processes
- Ensures resolution of day-to-day technical issues
المؤهلات
- University degree in business or IT
- Ability to fluently communicate in English
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of banking operations and card systems
