Guest Experience Supervisor (Saudi only)

The Courtyard by Marriott Makkah is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, and activate room keys. The supervisor ensures rates match market codes, supplies directions/information, and accommodates guest requests. This role involves assisting management with training and evaluating employees, serving as a first point of contact for the Open Door Policy.

- Process guest check-ins and verify identity/payment
- Set up accurate accounts for guests
- Enter Marriott Rewards information
- Verify and adjust billing and secure payments
- Supply guests with directions and property information
- Process all payment types and balance receipts
- Assist management in training and coaching employees
- Address guest reports of theft by notifying security
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
