Oversee the management and governance of commercial and contracts administration for designated business units. Review tender documents and provide contractual advice. Participate in pre-contract negotiations and review project cost sheets. Review contracts as per DOA and submit formal evaluations on risks and opportunities. Provide guidance on contract commercial administration to ensure financial success. Ensure timely submission of data for performance monitoring. Conduct monthly cost/value reconciliation meetings. Identify and value the direct and indirect costs of variations and claims. Negotiate timely agreements on final accounts with customers.
