Serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services in support of the U.S. Department of State in Iraq. Responsible for accepting service calls 24/7 through shift work and managing maintenance data in GMMS or Maximo.

المسؤوليات

  • Receive and document requests for maintenance via phone, walk-ins, and emails
  • Issue work order/service tickets in GMMS or Maximo
  • Process, track, and manage data in GMMS
  • Dispatch personnel by phone, email, or radio
  • Prioritize calls as emergency, urgent, or routine
  • Perform 100% customer call back to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Perform operator-level preventive maintenance on desktop workstation

المؤهلات

  • One (1) year experience providing help desk customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Already possess a US Government issued security clearance or MRPT
