As a Strategic Account Manager at Liberty Rent, you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to property management companies, helping them increase occupancy and drive NOI through Liberty Rent’s solutions.

المسؤوليات

  • Understand occupancy challenges and deliver Liberty Rent’s solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Proactively manage a book of business using internal and external data
  • Leverage industry network to identify new strategic partnerships
  • Own the client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Represent Liberty Rent at industry events and trade shows
  • Track performance and revenue targets using CRM (Zoho) and Power BI

المؤهلات

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the multifamily housing industry
  • Established relationships with regional or national property management companies
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Preferred)
