Wathif Consultancy is hiring an Installation Supervisor/Coordinator for ventilation systems in Kuwait. The role involves supervising site teams, planning schedules, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate ventilation installation teams on-site
- Plan and schedule installation works to ensure timely project completion
- Follow up on daily work progress and update installation schedules
- Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and administration teams
- Ensure installations are executed according to drawings, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare daily and weekly installation reports
- Handle site issues and resolve delays or technical challenges
- Coordinate material requirements with management before execution
المؤهلات
- Arabic Fluency Required
- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Regular Company Visa
