MIS Manager

The MIS Manager will lead a team responsible for supporting and maintaining PMU’s ERP systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Banner Student Information System (SIS), and Blackboard Learning Management System.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage the MIS team to support core ERP systems
- Coordinate development and deployment of custom solutions like workflows and data reporting
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the MIS team
- Prepare and submit progress reports for higher management
- Establish best practices for data governance and security
- Implement data governance protocols including access controls and backups
- Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the position
- At least 8 years of experience directly related to the duties
- Previous experience with application systems in the Educational industry
