Data Center Technician
وصف الوظيفة
Responsible for effective delivery of hands-on technical support and installations. This will include server hardware and network break-fix tasks, structured cabling installation, rack deployments and decommissioning activities.
المسؤوليات
- Prioritize ticketing queues and resolve incidents
- Participate in installation, monitoring, and support of production server and network hardware
- System board level repair and fault diagnosis
- Structured cabling installation
- Planning and commissioning new whitespaces and rack positions
- Compliance audits
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Hands on experience in IT Infrastructure support and maintenance
- Driving license and ability to reach site within 60 mins
