Seven Seas Hotel, Dubai is seeking a Female HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the Dubai hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IDS software and a strong background in HR operations within hotels.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain HR records and documentation using IDS software
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking
- Support employee engagement, performance appraisals, and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hotel policies
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve HR-related issues
المؤهلات
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Dubai hotel industry
- Mandatory hands-on experience with IDS software
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and UAE labor regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
