Surgery Scheduler I - Remote

Mosaic Talent Consulting aggregates and authenticates positions from real employers. In this role, you will schedule surgical procedures, testing, and pre-op appointments while coordinating with Providers and operating rooms. This involves obtaining insurance authorizations and managing consent forms for surgical procedures.
المسؤوليات
- Schedule surgical procedures and pre-op appointments
- Coordinate with Providers and operating rooms
- Obtain insurance authorizations and manage consent forms
- Reschedule appointments and manage Provider templates
- Input appointments in Practice Management System
- Complete Central Billing paperwork including coding
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent training
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgery Scheduler or equivalent training
- Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology (CPT and ICD coding)
- Proficient in Windows-based computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
