Government Contracts Manager

Manage and oversee all government contracts from bidding stage to project closure. Review, draft, and negotiate contract terms in compliance with Saudi government regulations.

- Manage government contracts from bidding to closure
- Negotiate contract terms in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure full compliance with public procurement laws
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables
- Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Handle contract variations and dispute resolution
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in government contracts management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government procurement regulations
