The Junior Scrum Master supports Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and helping remove impediments to team productivity. This role works closely with senior Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews)
- Support teams in following Scrum principles
- Help identify and remove impediments
- Maintain Agile artifacts like backlogs and burn-down charts
- Track sprint metrics and prepare reports
- Assist with onboarding team members to Agile
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Agile or project coordination
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Confluence
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
