Responsible for labour-related activities within the HR department of a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, Emiratisation policies, and immigration regulations, while facilitating visa and work permit processes.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in typing labour transactions (Tasheel)
- Coordinate visa transactions with the PRO and immigration authorities
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labour laws and immigration regulations
- Manage and secure handling of employee passports and documents
- Ensure compliance with Emiratisation policies and National nationalization programs
- Monitor and report Emiratisation progress to MOHRE
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Experience with labour services or PRO services
- Arabic language skills are a must
