Merchandising team leader is responsible for comparing sales data for products they handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays and moving to different locations.

- Monitors call on specific OT outlets per journey plan
- Merchandize products within OT stores
- Place POS material next to displays
- Ensure access points are merchandized per planograms
- Rotate product using FIFO method
- Monitor and report competitive activities
- Participate in sampling campaigns
