Commercial Lead - Middle East and Caspian

Our Abu Dhabi office in the UAE is seeking a Commercial Lead for the Middle East & Caspian region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies across two key global territories.
المسؤوليات
- Support the Head of Commercial and step in during absences.
- Manage regional bidding and tendering processes, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee contract renewals and maintain the Contract Register for the Middle East & Caspian region.
- Govern RFQs, proposals, and agency relationships to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support global AVL processes and manage global subscriptions for cost efficiency and compliance.
- Mentor and guide the Commercial Analyst and Specialist.
- Assist the Sales Team with business development and client engagement.
المؤهلات
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial leadership role
- Highly experienced in Bidding and Tendering processes
- Experience in Contract management and negotiations
- Experience in Supplier Registration, AVL, and memberships
- Experience in Insurance management and compliance
