As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing relationships with our key clients. As part of our team in Kuwait, you'll work in an onsite environment, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with government and enterprise clients
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
المؤهلات
- Over 2 years of experience in sales and business development roles
- Demonstrated experience working with government clients
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
