Lead the pre-opening and launch of all human resources and organizational development initiatives at Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort. Responsible for building the workforce from the ground up and establishing a strong organizational culture.

المسؤوليات

  • Lead all pre-opening HR planning and recruitment
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Design and execute comprehensive training and development programs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with brand values
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Provide guidance to department leaders on talent management
  • Collaborate with Hotel Manager to align P&C strategies with business goals
  • Implement HR systems and reporting mechanisms

المؤهلات

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 5 years experiences in international companies
