Luxury Store Manager

AfroDiva Exotic Hair is looking for an experienced Luxury Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail location. You’ll be part team coach, part problem-solver, and part business partner ensuring the store runs smoothly while driving sales.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling and deposits
- Manage service providers and handle equipment breakdowns
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data
- Manage budgets and control operating expenses
- Hire, train and onboard new team members
- Resolve customer complaints and difficult situations
- Oversee inventory and reorder products
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a luxury brand store manager or luxury retail leader
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
