Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of Backlight’s Strategic Finance and FP&A team, owning core financial models, forecasts, and performance analysis across the business.
المسؤوليات
- Own and enhance financial operating models for planning and budgeting.
- Lead monthly performance analysis across revenue, bookings, and cost drivers.
- Prepare monthly management and board reporting with SaaS metric analysis.
- Own revenue and retention modeling (churn, expansion, NRR, etc.).
- Partner with leadership during planning and reforecasting cycles.
- Provide advanced modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
المؤهلات
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similar analytical finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
