Travel Consultant - Dnata Corporate Travel

As a Travel Consultant, you will be a front-line staff member, part of a 24/7 team, who has to provide clients and potential clients a superior and consistent quality of travel services. You will be required to sell Airline tickets, travel related products and give travel related information while proactively servicing our customers.
المسؤوليات
- Provide highest standard of customer service to Retail, Government or Corporate clients
- Build valuable relationships with customers and suppliers
- Offer products, services, and loyalty programmes contracted by dnata Travel
- Maximise cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Inform customers about mandatory journey requirements (passport, visa, health)
- Handle contact quickly with a friendly 'can-do' attitude
- Achieve and exceed service & sales performance targets
المؤهلات
- Experience in commercial/Sales/Reservations/Ticketing/ Travel & Tourism/ Customer Service
- Confident communicator with proven persuasive and influencing skills
- IT literate
