Human Resources & Administration Officer

Kerten Hospitality (KH) is an end-to-end lifestyle hospitality operator creating bespoke destinations, experiences and communities while optimising operations and driving profitability for savvy investors with a strong commitment to sustainability. We manage hotels, serviced apartments and collaborative coworking hubs. Support the Group Head of Human Resources and Country Director – KSA in delivering HR and administrative functions across KSA assets. Oversee administrative policies, procedures, audits, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal standards and KSA regulations. Support company licence applications, renewals, and related government documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, office equipment, and supplies. Manage all official correspondence and documentation. Support employment and government-related processes in line with KSA regulatory systems, including employee records management. Administer visa and entry processes. Support recruitment activities for KSA assets, including talent research, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and compliance checks. Prepare accurate reports, presentations, budgets, and operational trackers.

- Oversee administrative policies, procedures, audits, and follow-ups
- Support company licence applications, renewals, and related government documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, office equipment, and supplies
- Manage all official correspondence and documentation
- Stay informed of KSA legislative updates
- Administer visa and entry processes for employees and taskforces
- Monitor and support Saudization compliance
- Provide administrative and compliance support across government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher)
- Support recruitment activities including talent research and interview coordination
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, budgets, and operational trackers
المؤهلات
- 5 years Human Resources Administrative support experience
- Experience with MS office applications and outlook required
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR administration
- Hands-on experience with KSA government platforms
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Professional communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and support senior stakeholders
