Senior Project Control

We are seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait. Egis is an international player active in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services.
المسؤوليات
- Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and procedures
- Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules using advanced project management software
- Conduct regular project performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and government officials
- Lead and mentor junior project control team members
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
المؤهلات
- University Degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in using project management software
- Experience in port construction projects is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the project
