Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking an Industrial Adhesive Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across key industrial sectors in the UAE. In this senior role, you will drive strategic growth, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and reinforce Henkel’s position as a trusted partner for industrial adhesive and coating solutions.

- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team
- Define and implement strategic go-to-market plans for adhesives and coatings
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- Deliver technical and commercial solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams
- Monitor and report on KPIs and sales performance
- Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations
